A place of memory for an Aboriginal Aged Care centre in Brunswick on the Merri Creek.
The Memorial Wall was intended to provide a place of reflection, contemplation and remembrance for ACES residents who have passed on. Based in part on the rainbow serpent and in part on Gundijtmara stone houses of western Victoria, the Memorial Wall was to form the centre piece of the courtyard gardens at ACES.
