The follow on project to the "Bunyip" Fintry Bank restored and re-purposed 2 dilapidated existing Victorian houses as social housing units for supported independent living, while creating a drop in centre and 4 additional units around a courtyard to the rear of the property.
The architecture facing the street is fully contextual and restorative, while the rear buildings are contemporary and draw on the aesthetics of post war modernism and its architecture of optimism to provide a sense of brightness, community and hope.
