A contemporary town house on a tight inner city site, the Vardon town house is densely planned and maximises the amount of external space on the site through the use of courtyards, roof decks and terraces, and maximises access to light via banks of north facing windows which are protected by deep overhangs.
The house is nestled in a rear lane and is private and self contained with a modernist sensibility.
